FormulaPace in minutes per kilometre = total minutes ÷ distance in kilometres.
Average pace spreads total elapsed time evenly across the entered distance. Terrain, stops and split pace may vary.
Worked example
10 km in 50 minutes is an average pace of 5:00 per kilometre.
